Responsible for re-establishing the Quality System for a programme tasked with achieving BS15000 certification and implementation of ITIL-compliant service management processes for BT under the National Health ‘Connecting For Health’ programme.
• Developed a framework to ensure that all quality processes were delivered to the contracted requirements based on BS15000 and ITIL.
• Definition of Quality Management Role within the PMO for the unique context of BS15000/ITIL.
• Definition of the structure within which all the roles/job descriptions of the programme office could be defined, maintained and reviewed on a pre-defined basis.
• Identification of status of key contractual and auditable deliverables.
• Development of standards for document management
• Planning of conversion of existing deliverables to be compliant.
• Customer/Stakeholder management – developing expectations which could be reasonably met within budget/time constraints to appropriate levels.
